The people who will love this job and do well in this position:

Are all about it-
You overdeliver, in every facet of life.  You’re constantly striving to lead from the front– at home, at work, and in your community. Now this doesn’t mean that you’re all gas, no brake– but rather you focus on showing up as the best version of yourself in all of your roles.

Are comfortable being uncomfortable–
You realize the easy path was never meant to be taken, and the road less traveled is where the magic happens. You’re always up to learn something new, to question what you think you know, and  you put in the work to not just become a better clinician, but a better person.

Are intentional–
You’re committed to the process, whether that’s your health and wellness, your relationships, or your career. In a world of instant gratification, you’re able to zoom out, look at the big picture and be consistent to achieve lasting results.

Are part of the solution–
You don’t just identify a problem, but rather are quick to take action to identify and implement a solution. You do this through solid communication and being open to collaboration.
